TRAC Intermodal offices will also be closed December 31, 2020-January 1, 2021 for the New Year holiday. Normal business hours will resume on January 4, 2021. Please check with terminal operators for their holiday operating hours by facility.
TRAC Intermodal Customer Support will be open with limited staff from 9:00am to 12:30pm EST on December 24, 2020 and December 31, 2020.
