Total Distribution, Inc. acquired the assets of REO Processing & REO Logistics

Total Distribution, Inc. (TDI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Peoples Services, Inc. (PSI), headquartered in Canton, Ohio has acquired the assets of REO Processing & REO Logistics.

Doug Sibila, Chief Executive Officer of TDI said, “Adding the high-quality REO Processing and their unique service offerings to our existing network will improve the service levels and flexibility to TDI and REO’s current customers.”

The acquisition continues the strategy of further diversifying and expanding the services offered by TDI and its affiliates. REO Processing & REO Logistics is headquartered in West Virginia with 10 facilities across West Virginia in Parkersburg, Vienna, Huntington, Kenova, Nitro as well as in Atlanta, GA. The company is known for innovation, creativity, and high level of service, which were critical components and rationale for the acquisition.
