The Female Leadership Program for the logistics, maritime, and port industry returns to Panama in March 2024, “Women's month”, with an exclusive agenda of activities focused on technical training, networking, and personal and professional growth.
Understanding that the active participation of women in the industry is key to the growth and diversification of the sector, Empresa Multimodal and PR PORTS announce a new edition of LIFE, the pioneering initiative in the region that brought together 45 women from 17 countries last August. from Ibero-America, providing them with a unique learning experience and strengthening of leadership skills.
The commitment to this Second Edition to be held from March 5 to 8 in Panama , is a clear testimony of the success achieved by a program that, for 3 intensive days, combined training in business, communications, public speaking and power skills, with technical visits to Hutchison Panama Ports Company and the expanded Panama Canal, along with the exchange of ideas and experiences with executives from the IDB, Maersk, MIT, Panama Maritime Authority, Panama Canal Authority, and Panama Maritime Chamber.
