Synter resource group celebrates 20th anniversary, unveils new brand

Mar 03, 2023

Synter Resource Group LLC, a business process outsourcing (BPO) and workforce optimization company dedicated to the logistics industry, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary by unveiling a major rebranding initiative, including a new logo and new website.

Since 2002, Synter has delivered effective, efficient and economical solutions to transportation and logistics businesses. The company has experienced year-over-year growth in 17 of its 20 years, including a record-breaking 46% growth rate in 2022 over 2021. (Revenue declined in 2020 due pandemic-related restrictions but bounced back in 2021 as online consumer sales skyrocketed.)

Commenting on the rebranding initiatives, Synter’s CEO Mike Daugherty said, “This is a culmination of three months’ worth of hard work by an exceptional leadership team. We’re pleased to unveil the new brand in honor of our 20th year in service to the industry. Our team members have been amazing in all they’ve accomplished during this time. We’re also incredibly grateful to our logistics customers who’ve made it happen. It’s been a memorable journey, and our new brand positions us strategically for the next 20 years."

Daugherty continued: “The timing of this new brand is perfect for us and the logistics industry we serve, as it helps position us for our go-forward growth as e-commerce continues to increase. The new look also aligns well with our enhanced marketing initiatives that puts the Synter brand in the forefront of workforce optimization service providers. We’re in business to help our customers improve their customer’s experience, while reducing operating cost. Our new brand reflects that perfectly.”
