Stoughton adds TEC Equipment as dealer in Western U.S.

Feb 16, 2026

Stoughton Trailers LLC, a national leader in transportation equipment, significantly expands its presence in Western United States with the addition of TEC Equipment to the Stoughton dealer network. TEC Equipment will represent the Stoughton brand in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Arizona. Founded in 1976, TEC Equipment has over 30 locations in 8 states serving the trucking industry. TEC Equipment has become one of the largest full-service truck and trailer dealerships in the United States.

“Our entire company is excited about adding TEC Equipment to our dealer network” said Jeremy Sanders, Chief Commercial Officer for Stoughton Trailers. “The addition of the TEC service locations and sales team members will quickly expand Stoughton’s brand presence. Trucking fleets in the Western U.S. will have the opportunity to discover why the Stoughton brand is so revered across the rest of the US and Canada.” added Sanders.

“As we continue to pursue our vision to be the largest, most respected, and best run full-service truck and trailer dealership in the country, adding Stoughton Trailers as a trusted partner is a natural fit,” said Grant Small, SVP of Dealership Operations at TEC. “We believe in providing our customers with high-quality equipment solutions from companies similarly dedicated to solving customer needs. Stoughton is aligned in that focus, and we couldn’t be more excited for this new partnership”.

“We are confident the model line-up from Stoughton, coupled with the high quality of the trailers and support we have at TEC to back the parts and service of those trailers, creates incredibly strong value for our customers,” offered Jon Warren, VP of Regional Sales. “Top to bottom, our team is excited to be working with Stoughton and to be able to offer another top-of-the-line equipment option to customers.”
