Shippeo, the European leader in real-time supply chain visibility, releases its Supply Chain Recovery Index

Shippeo tracks nearly 10 million transport orders every year, from 140,000 carriers operating in more than 3,000 industrial sites and warehouses across Europe. Thanks to this data, Shippeo has built a weekly index to measure the business recovery in 4 industrial sectors on a European scale.

Thanks to weekly operation data, Shippeo compares the average activity level during the week of October 10, 2020 (base 100 of the index), with the current logistics activity in the following sectors:

  • Automotive & Transport Equipments
  • Construction & Building Materials
  • Food, Beverages & Tobacco
  • Non-food retail
