Dec 18, 2025

SRS Real Estate Partners in Dallas and Entre Commercial Realty, LLC in Chicago, IL have announced that Setna, a Chicago-area aviation company, has leased 102,046 square feet at MidPoint Logistics, located at 11250 W 36th Avenue in Hialeah, Florida, marking the company’s entry into the Miami market. SRS Real Estate Partners and Entre Commercial assisted Setna in securing the location, which will house Zulu Global, an FAA 145 repair station.

The modern, new construction facility will support Zulu Global’s full suite of aviation maintenance and technical services, including teardown, testing, inspection, repair, and overhaul of high-demand rotables for commercial, regional, and business aircraft. Zulu will occupy the new Miami location upon the landlord’s completion of the tenant improvements which will include heavy power, fully air-conditioned warehouse area, and approximately 25,000 SF of office and specialized rooms.

“Setna is making a strategic, long-term investment in the Miami area, a key market in the global aviation industry,” said Andrew Lehrer, SIOR, Senior Vice President in SRS’s Miami office. “This location will give the company the scale, connectivity, and technical infrastructure needed to support its existing and growing global customer base.” Entre’s Denise Chaimovitz, MA, SIOR, added “Our site selection process consisted of an exhaustive study of the southeast region and ultimately led us to this property which distinguished itself among numerous competitive options thanks to its modern construction, proximity to Setna’s LGT facility, and the Landlord’s ability to deliver a complete turn-key solution.

Based in Lincolnshire, Illinois, Setna has additional global locations in Tempe, Arizona, and London, United Kingdom. The company recently expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of majority stakes in Miami-area aviation companies Zulu Global and Landing Gear Technologies.

David Chaimovitz, Setna’s Founder and CEO comments, “Our Miami expansion strengthens Setna and Zulu Global’s ability to serve customers and creates a world-class environment that attracts the best talent in the industry. It’s an important step in building the future of our combined operations and Mike Garcia, President of Zulu Global states, “This new state-of-the-art facility will house a best-in-class FAA/EASA Repair Station alongside leading engineering and R&D capabilities dedicated to FAA-PMA development and DER repairs, giving our customers more maintenance options and meaningful cost savings. I’m especially excited about its strategic location near our sister company LGT, establishing SETNA’s MRO Center of Excellence in the region with a combined 250,000 sq ft of MRO capacity.
