New partnership: Setlog, the Bochum-based supply chain software specialist, has entered into a strategic collaboration with RealCore Group, an SAP implementation partner based in Essen. Effective immediately, the two companies are offering a new joint solution that allows Setlog’s SCM platform OSCA to be easily and quickly integrated into existing SAP systems. By leveraging standardized interfaces, the implementation process becomes more efficient, while the risk of time and budget overruns is significantly minimized. The IT experts define a clear cost framework and timeline for integrating OSCA into the ERP system.
The new product range of the two partners includes offers for four expansion stages - from simple to complex.
Supply Chain Light: A basic integration of OSCA for managing purchase orders within SAP.
Supply Chain Starter Package: This includes the integration of order processing, the Final Shipping Notice (FSN), and goods receipt data.
Additional Information: This integrates information that goes beyond purchase orders and FSNs to include data such as the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN), which is sent by the supplier before goods leave the facility.
Custom Integration: This involves the integration of information on freight costs and customer-specific additional interfaces."
"Setlog presented the new cooperation at the transport logistic trade fair in Munich. RealCore Experts – recognized as the industry's growth champion in 2016, 2017 and 2021 by Focus-Verlag – will present the integration at the upcoming DSAG Trade Days on July 1–2 at the OsnabrückHalle.
“Setlog's strategy is to enable the customer to integrate the system as seamlessly as possible into the existing IT landscape and reduce data silos. As the ERP system is the digital heart of the company, where all data converges, linking the ERP system to OSCA generates high added value for the customer,” emphasizes Michael Thielecke, Managing Director Sales at the RealCore Group.
“The RealCore Group not only has many years of experience in IT projects in terms of planning and consulting for SAP integrations, but also an outstanding level of quality, highlighted by the SAP Diamond Award Retail & Consumer 2024. This is what sets them apart for customers,” says Guido Brackelsberg, Managing Director and Co-Founder at Setlog.
OSCA, short for “Online Supply Chain Accelerator”, has five main functionalities: Purchase Order Management, Global Logistics, Quality Control, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The solution is now used by over 150 brands worldwide. The advantage: users can use the modules to eliminate silos and media disruptions. Thanks to standardized API interfaces, data can be securely exchanged between ERP, TMS, WMS and other systems of the various partners using OSCA without redundancies and duplicate maintenance. What many customers appreciate: The IT tool also provides visibility for CSR and ESG issues. Thanks to the information on who produces which order, the sub-tiers can also be mapped and assigned to the respective order. This gives importers of fashion items, for example,
transparency right down to the farmer of a cotton plantation."
