Realterm announces key leadership promotions: Underwood named CEO, Europe; Oravec named CEO, APAC

Realterm, a global investment manager focused on real assets for the transportation industry, today announced the promotion of two senior executives to chief executive officer roles for its European and Asia-Pacific regions. Paul Underwood has been named Chief Executive Officer, Europe, while Brian Oravec has been named Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific.

Underwood previously served as Managing Director, International Funds at Realterm, overseeing the firm's portfolio asset management, leasing operations and financial analysis functions. He will continue to spearhead new product launches and drive regional growth initiatives across Realterm’s targeted European markets.

Oravec will lead Realterm's ongoing expansion efforts throughout Asia, leveraging his deep regional expertise to accelerate the firm's growth in these key markets. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific, for Realterm. Oravec brings exceptional leadership experience to his new role, having co-founded IndoSpace, India's largest industrial developer and owner, and serving as IndoSpace’s CEO for 17 years. Based in Singapore, Oravec started his real estate career with Realterm in 2005.

Realterm also announced the promotion of Taner Çöllü to Senior Vice President, Product Specialist & Head of Debt Capital Markets, Europe, and Joe Noon to Senior Vice President, Investments – North America. Mr. Çöllü will undertake a dual role, supporting the Realterm Europe Logistics Income Fund (RELIF) fund management team and continuing to lead Realterm’s Europe debt capital markets team. Mr. Noon assumed leadership of the North American Investments team in early 2025.
