Realterm adds Siegmund to European investment team

Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, announced today that Christian Siegmund has joined the firm as its Head of Investments, DACH Region, based out of Frankfurt, Germany.

In this new role, Christian will spearhead business development initiatives in the region, collaborating closely with fund managers and the investments team. His responsibilities will include sourcing and execution of opportunities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

“We are delighted to welcome Christian, whose technical expertise, personability, and deep network will be instrumental in our expansion,” said Jon Chalkley, Realterm Head of Investments, Europe. “His appointment underscores our continued commitment to establishing our portfolio in the DACH region’s thriving logistics market.”

With over a decade of experience in logistics business development and asset management, Christian brings an array of knowledge and industry insights to his new role. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Acquisitions at Crossbay. There, he oversaw the creation and management of a portfolio of logistics and light industrial assets in Germany. Prior to this, he spent three years at CBRE in London as Senior Transaction Manager following his initial role at CBRE Frankfurt as an Industrial and Logistics Leasing and Sales Broker.
