Realterm acquires fully secured final mile warehouse with 15.5 acres of parking in California’s Inland Empire

Realterm announces the acquisition of 2765 Lexington Way, a 160,000-square-foot warehouse with a 1,600-square-foot office in the heart of the Inland Empire. Situated in San Bernadino, Calif. on 18.3 acres with 15.5 acres dedicated for parking, the property offers 28 dock doors, fully secured truck parking and two points of ingress/egress.

The Inland Empire has a vacancy rate of less than one percent. 2765 Lexington Way is located adjacent to I-215 and near I-15 and I-10. The facility is situated to service the dense population of the entire Inland Empire Market. It is just under nine miles from San Bernadino Intermodal and only 22 miles to Ontario International Airport.
