Enstructure, a leading U.S. terminal and logistics company, has appointed Steve Rand as President of its finished vehicles logistics segment, Enstructure Auto Logistics (EAL). Rand will lead operations and commercial activities for Enstructure’s auto logistics business across the network.
“We are pleased to welcome Steve Rand to EAL,” said Matthew Satnick and Philippe De Montigny, Co-CEOs of Enstructure. “His extensive experience and dedication to service will drive our momentum and enhance the quality of auto and finished vehicle logistics for our customers.”
Rand is a seasoned executive with leadership experience across maritime, rail, trucking, finished-vehicle logistics, and specialty chemicals. He has a proven record of operational excellence and strategic growth, having served as an executive at CSX Transportation Intermodal for 10 years and as CEO of AMPORTS for over a decade.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to organizations that combine innovation with efficiency and service,” said Rand. “Enstructure embodies these values, and I look forward to contributing to the company’s next phase of growth in partnership with my colleagues George Molyneaux, Leo McFadden, and Lee Brown, each of whom has deep knowledge of the industry.”
EAL currently operates in Wilmington, Delaware, and Jacksonville, Florida. Both facilities feature specialized automotive infrastructure and ample on-dock vehicle storage capacity and serve as premier vehicle distribution centers for access to the growing Southeast and Mid-Atlantic/Northeast markets.
In 2025, EAL was selected to provide finished-vehicle logistics services for Mazda North America and Toyota Logistics Services at JAXPORT’s Talleyrand Marine Terminal. Wilmington has handled various automotive export flows and currently has a regular service with Grimaldi Lines.
