Ports address Congress on supply chain infrastructure investment needs

Connor, President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation Subcommittee on Surface Transportation, Maritime, Freight, and Ports, this past Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
