The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will conduct its Oct. 24 Board meeting in-person at 4 World Trade Center. In-person meeting attendees are required to go through a security screening upon entering the building. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early. Security screening will begin at 11:30 a.m.
For members of the public interested in viewing the proceedings virtually, a video broadcast will be live streamed from the Port Authority’s Website. The video broadcast may be accessed at https://www.panynj.gov/corporate/en/board-meeting-info/videos.html. The committee and main public meetings start at 12:30 p.m.
Shortly after the meeting, Chairman Kevin O’Toole, Vice Chairman Jeff Lynford and Executive Director Rick Cotton will be available to answer questions from the media on Board action and other topics of interest. The Q&A session will be done in person and via Zoom with the media and streamed to the Port Authority’s website.

During the Zoom session, each reporter will be allowed two questions – one question and one follow-up question; additional questions can be sent to [email protected]. The Zoom meeting link will only be shared with those who RSVP.
