P.S.I. introduces instant tire status access with TireView® LIVE Pre-Check™

Sep 15, 2025

Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) has launched TireView® LIVE Pre-Check™ for mobile devices featuring scan-to-view QR tags to access real-time TPMS tire pressure and temperature data, keeping your maintenance team and drivers in the know.

QR tags provided for TireView LIVE gateway sending units are simply paired with a vehicle through a fleet’s TireView LIVE account and adhered to the associated vehicle. After pairing with TireView LIVE Pre-Check, no app or account login is required. That’s it, tire status is instantly displayed in the device browser.

Scanning the TireView LIVE Pre-Check QR tag gives drivers and pre-trip inspection personnel real-time tire pressures and temperatures for each tire position, quickly identifying any issues that need attention before they cause delays or in route maintenance. Pre-Check can be completed before a vehicle starts a trip or at any point during the scheduled route. Refreshing the device browser updates the information without additional scanning. Access to this data helps management and drivers stay informed about the current tire status of the units they are responsible for.

TireView LIVE Pre-Check supports multi-vehicle setups by showing the tire status of each unit in separate browsers. Registered account users can still login to the TireView LIVE mobile app as always for additional features.

Tire problems on the road are expensive and hurt business. Unscheduled repairs cost much more than doing maintenance at a preferred service location before deployment. Using TireView LIVE Pre Check can help prevent these extra costs and boost customer service by providing real-time tire status with a quick scan of the QR tag, with no log-ins or app needed.

P.S.I. TireView LIVE existing customers can request QR tags for new orders, or for each unit they currently have in service. A complete how-to guide is also provided.

Allen Jones, CDM/E, US AutoLogistics, states, “With all the different TPMS options available in the market, USAL waited for the right combination of technology, durability, and user interface. We chose TireView from P.S.I. We made the right decision.”

TireView is P.S.I.’s proven TPMS solution. TireView LIVE™ provides tire analytics to your current telematics provider or can operate independently.
