NORDEN sells two additional vessels

Jul 01, 2025

NORDEN announced that they have sold two additional vessels, one Supramax bulk carrier and one MR tanker. The Supramax vessel is a recently declared purchase option which subsequently has been sold. The MR tanker became part of NORDEN’s owned fleet in May 2025, following the declaration of the related purchase option at the end of 2024.

This brings the total number of sold vessels to 16 year-to-date, of which 10 were from declared purchase options - in line with our strategy to realise asset values to capitalise on continued high ship prices. Following these transactions, NORDEN controls a fleet of 15 owned and 80 leased vessels with purchase options.

NORDEN continues to execute on the announced share buy-back program and 122,800 shares have been acquired at an average price of DKK 203 per share from the initiation in early May up until 26 June 2025.
