NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB), a leading commercial real estate firm, has announced the expansion of its brokerage team with the addition of Priscilla Teixeira, who is joining the firm as a vice president. With over two decades of industry experience, the Basking Ridge, NJ resident brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Prior to joining NAIDB, Teixeira was affiliated with a boutique real estate firm in Union County, NJ. Her extensive background in residential and commercial mortgage lending serves as the foundation for her unique approach to every transaction. A well-rounded brokerage professional, Teixeira specializes in industrial/flex/warehouse property sales and leasing transactions. Her brokerage activities also encompass multifamily properties, redevelopment projects, land development and investment opportunities.

“I'm thrilled to join NAI DiLeo-Bram,” said Teixeira. “The firm’s culture, resources and platform will enable me to expand my practice area and deliver exceptional results to my clients.”

NAIDB’s New Jersey-centric focus distinguishes it as a local firm with 85+ years’ experience strengthened by the vast resources of NAI Global’s Network. While focusing on office, industrial, retail, investment and land, NAIDB consistently records a high velocity of traditional and complex transactions related to commercial property disposition, acquisition, investment and leasing needs.

Over the course of the past three years, NAIDB has expanded its presence with an emphasis on Northern and Central New Jersey. The firm’s seven counties of focus now include Morris, Essex, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer and Hunterdon. In addition to expanding its market and geographic reach, NAIDB also has been focused on broker recruitment initiatives to expand its team of professionals.
