In the East Brunswick trade, NAIDB Sales Associate Kyle Gerace exclusively represented the seller, Kings Cages, and identified the buyer, Kinga Cabinet, in the $7.25M sale. The circa-1971 single-story building, which occupies 1.6 acres, garnered a PSF sale price of $227.
