MSC USEC to ECSA scope: (AR-BR-UY-PGY)

Effective June 1st, 2021, MSC USEC to SAEC (string 1 service) will start calling NYCT terminal in New York instead of PNCT.

The first vessel that will start this new proforma will be the MSC Vidhi UA120A (ETA in NY 06/01)
