MSC Suez Canal Surcharge increase (SCS) scope: Import Middle East / Indian Sub-Continent to USA

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company (USA) Inc. has filed and will apply an increase in the SCS (Suez Canal Surcharge) with the following quantum and effective date for all shipments from the Middle East/Indian Subcontinent to USA.

To: USA and Puerto Rico: Cargo from: ex IPAK (India / Pakistan / Sri Lanka / Maldives / Bangladesh) & MIDDLE EAST (Bahrain / Iraq / Kuwait / Oman / Qatar / United Arab Emirates / Saudi Arabia (Dammam & Jubail only))

Effective: January 1st, 2023

USD 100 => per 20' Equipment

USD 200 => per 40' Equipment

USD 200 => per 40'HC Equipment

Reefers and SOC & SOT are subject to the announced increase.
