MSC: Spring Thaw Regulations from USA & Puerto Rico to/from Canada
Feb 15, 2021To comply with Quebec Ministry of Transport regulations, MSC Canada will be applying restrictions to cargo weight during the annual Spring Thaw period. Please see below Tentative dates by zone:
These weight restrictions will apply to all pre-carriage and on-carriage deliveries to and from the province of Quebec performed by truck within the period. The maximum allowable cargo weights are below for your reference.
