MSC scope: WCSA to USA EBS update

Effective January 1st, 2021, MSC will apply an Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EBS) as follows for all Reefer cargo originated in Chile, until new notice, due to the high demand of this equipment and reposition costs connected to it:
