MSC revised detention conditions Exports from Mexico ports
Dec 06, 2022MSC changes to Export Detentions for containers loaded at Mexico ports. Effective date January 1st, 2023
Rates in US dollars per day.
Free – time and charge days are as per calendar days, including holidays.
Cancellations do not enjoy free – time.
Days due to vessel omissions or heavy vessel delay are excluded from calculation.
These are standard conditions, special conditions set in contract will prevail.
