MSC PCE - scope: Turkey, East Med (except Israel), North Africa, (except Agadir), Black Sea and East Africa excluding EEA counties to USA
Dec 07, 2023Following Panama Canal Authority decision to further reduce draft and number of vessel crossing the canal due to lack of precipitation in the area, MSC has decided effective January 1st, 2024, to update/implement the Panama Canal Emergency Surcharge (PCE) for ALL type cargo transiting via the Panama Canal, for the below scope:
