MSC PCE from WCSA to USA

While previous effective date April 23rd, 2020 of Panama Canal Emergency Surcharge (PCE) increase has been postponed until May 1st, the increase to $30.00/TEU will remain applicable as follows:

From: Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia

To: USEC, USGULF

$30.00/ TEU for all cargo moved from SAWC to North America East Coast and Gulf.
