MSC EBS from Bangladesh to USA and Puerto Rico
Nov 13, 2020Due to the strong demand of containers for Indian exports, and consequent need of costly inventory repositioning, MSC will implement an Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EBS) for cargo moving from India to the USA and Puerto Rico.
