MSC Dummy BL Fee effective September 26th, 2021

MSC announced that effective September 26th, 2021, Dummy BL fee will be $50.  

A Dummy Bill of Lading fee equal to $50 per Bill of Lading is applied to the merchant in the case the merchant does not provide MSC with the complete and accurate shipping instructions and/or provides incomplete information, including but not limited to (container numbers, weights, piece counts, cargo description, parties on the Bill of Lading,…) as is ordinarily required. This fee will not limit or exclude any other fee.
