MSC: Congestion Surcharge from WCSA to USA

Effective January 2nd, 2021, Congestion Surcharge (CGS) will be applicable as follows for all Dry cargo originated in WCSA (Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia), due to the current situation in USWC ports and the costs associated to it.
