SCOPE: US EAST COAST (NEW YORK, NORFOLK, CHARLESTON, SAVANNAH, PHILADELPHIA, BALTIMORE, PORT EVERGLADES, JACKSONVILLE, and BOSTON) & US WEST COAST (LOS ANGELES, LONG BEACH, OAKLAND, and SEATTLE) to all CENTRAL AMERICA, CARIBBEAN, and VENEZUELA ports
