Morris promoted to President of Americas Industrial & Logistics at CBRE

CBRE Group, Inc. today announced that John Morris had been promoted to President, Industrial & Logistics, Americas Advisory & Transaction Services.

Morris joined CBRE in 2019 as Executive Managing Director, Americas Industrial & Logistics Leader. In this role, he leads more than 800 professionals. In 2021, the Industrial and Logistics Americas Advisory & Transaction Services business was responsible for industrial transactions with a total value of more than $54 billion.

“John has proven to be an incredible leader of this crucial segment of our company, guiding his team and delivering great client outcomes amidst a challenging industrial environment,” said Manish Kashyap, Global President, Advisory & Transaction Services for CBRE. “This promotion reflects his hard work and the growth he has driven across our Industrial & Logistics business.
