M&K Truck Centers acquires General Truck Sales

M&K Truck Centers is excited to announce record growth following the successful acquisition of three General Truck Sales dealerships—two located in Indiana and one in Ohio. This acquisition, finalized on August 29, 2025, involves the business operations previously owned by General Truck Sales.

Effective immediately, M&K will offer Mack, Volvo, East, Fruehauf, Vanguard, Hino, and Isuzu products, along with full support services at the new locations in Toledo, Ohio; Pendleton, Indiana; and Muncie, Indiana. With this acquisition, M&K expands its footprint to 33 locations across seven states, marking a significant milestone for the company. M&K Truck Centers has retained nearly all employees from General Truck Sales, welcoming over 100 talented individuals into the M&K family.

M&K Truck Centers proudly operates as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. We are excited to offer new employees an opportunity to invest in their future by gaining a share in the company’s proven success and growth.
