Mitchell 1 TruckSeries with interactive wiring diagrams wins spot on HDT’s top 20 list for 2020

Mar 16, 2021

Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries truck repair software with interactive wiring diagrams has been recognized as one of Heavy Duty Trucking’s (HDT’s) Top 20 Products of 2020.

Each year, Heavy Duty Trucking selects their Top 20 Products based on innovation, ability to address important industry issues and their potential to improve a fleet’s bottom line. The recipients are selected by a panel of experienced HDT editors, all experts in the trucking industry.

“We’re really proud to have TruckSeries recognized by the knowledgeable editorial staff at Heavy Duty Trucking,” commented Kristy LaPage, business manager for commercial vehicle group.  “HDT has the reputation for understanding the needs of medium and heavy vehicle operators and technicians, so being named to their Top 20 list reinforces our product development objectives for the commercial vehicle segment.”

Mitchell 1’s wiring diagrams with patent pending interactive features significantly save time in diagnosing and repairing electrical problems in today’s increasingly complex commercial vehicles. While viewing a wiring diagram in TruckSeries, technicians can click on any component within the diagram to see a pop-up menu with selections to learn more about specifications, component location, connector views, guided component tests, and more. There is no need to exit the wiring diagram to find related information needed to diagnose the issue.

TruckSeries is the only comprehensive repair information software suite of its kind available for Class 4-8 trucks, providing a one-stop, single log-in, all-makes data resource for mechanical labor estimating, diagnostic trouble code procedures and comprehensive repair information, all packaged into a single application.
