Marguisa adds new vessel and reinforces its MFS service

Jan 14, 2025

MARGUISA SHIPPING LINES, international shipping company part of the Sea & Ports Group, announces the incorporation of the vessel MSM DON to its fleet. This vessel will be operated by MARGUISA and will represent a significant improvement of its MFS service (Marguisa Feeder Service) to Sao Tome and Principe.

As well as reinforcing its fleet, MARGUISA is expanding the MFS service with the opening of a new port on the schedule: as of February 1, 2025, Port Gentil (Gabon) will be a new call port on the MFS service.

Both strategic movements allow MARGUISA to improve even more its offer and provide a transport adapted to the different needs of its customers, turning the MFS service into a “butterfly” service: a first “loop” Bata - Sao Tome - Bata with two stopovers every three weeks and a second “loop” Bata - Port Gentil - Bata, this one with a bi-weekly frequency, will be established.
