Maersk announces Performance Team brand becomes Performance Team – A Maersk Company

Jan 11, 2021

In April 2020, Maersk acquired El Segundo, California-based Performance Team – a specialized warehousing & distribution company - to complement Maersk warehousing & distribution’s North American network. The timing was ideal as the COVID-19 pandemic challenged supply chains and warehousing & distribution capacity.

As of January 1, 2021, Performance Team will be formally known as Performance Team – A Maersk Company conforming to Maersk branding architecture - a normal practice in its acquisitions.

Craig Kaplan will remain CEO of Performance Team – A Maersk Company.
