
Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has represented Macy’s in the lease of a brand new approximately 272,000-square-foot logistics/distribution facility in Lathrop, California. Macy’s signed a long-term lease for its new space at 3400 W Yosemite at the Phelan Lathrop Gateway Industrial Park. The property is owned by Phelan Development.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jay Hagglund and Tyson Vallenari joined forces to represent Macy’s in the transaction.
