LTL freight customers rank Peninsula Truck Lines #1 carrier overall in the Nation

Mastio and Company has released the results of the 2019 LTL freight customer survey and Peninsula Truck Lines is ranked #1 carrier overall in the nation out of 212 carriers rated. Over 1,900 freight customers were asked to rate carriers from around the United States and identify the most important drivers of customers’ carrier selection decisions and the perceptions of overall value and loyalty,

The surveyed freight customers identified baseline requirements, differentiators and low impact factors when selecting a carrier for overall performance and likeliness to recommend. The factors that matter most to freight customers are shipments delivered with no damage and no shortage, and shipments picked up and delivered as promised. Of all participating carriers, Peninsula Truck Lines ranked #1 overall and in the following categories:
·         Rate Stability
·         Ease of doing business with the carrier
·         Ease of scheduling pickup
·         Shipments picked up and delivered as promised
·         Billing Accuracy
·         Knowledgeable and helpful sales representatives
·         Customer Service personnel respond to my needs in a timely matter
·         Proactive communications
