Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a 188,142-square-foot new lease at 815 Kimberly Drive, Carol Stream, IL, bringing the building to 100% occupancy. The 406,000-square-foot property is in DuPage County and has easy access to I-290 and I-355.

The landlord, Prologis, was represented by three Lee & Associates principals – Kenneth Franzese, SIOR, John Cassidy, SIOR and Jay Farnam. The tenant, Bulldog Cartage, is undergoing an expansion from its primary Addison, IL location and was represented by NAI Hiffman.
