Kidder Mathews welcomes Conwell as Senior VP in Sacramento

Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce Tom Conwell as Senior Vice President in the firm's Sacramento office. Conwell brings more than 20 years of experience in Northern California’s commercial real estate market and a strong record of results across office, retail, land, industrial, and investment sales.

Over the course of his career, Conwell has completed more than 900 transactions. He has advised a wide range of clients—from institutional landlords and multi-market tenants to owner-users and private investors—across the Sacramento region and surrounding counties, including Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, and San Joaquin.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Conwell spent more than 15 years at Newmark, where he served as a managing director in both the Sacramento and Roseville offices. He also held leadership roles at Edgemore Real Estate and began his career at Bishop Powers, Inc., where he was named Rookie of the Year and nominated by the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) for the same title. In 2024, he was recognized as the runner-up for ACRE’s Investment Broker of the Year award.
