Columbus, OH – Developing innovative solutions to enhance the travel experience for Columbus Regional Airport Authority becomes the responsibility of Jodie Bare, the organization’s first Chief Innovation Officer. She assumes the role Jan. 13.
In this new position, Bare will ensure that CRAA constantly evolves and is at the forefront of innovative customer experiences by monitoring market trends, building internal and external relationships and implementing strategic initiatives. To assist with this endeavor she will oversee CRAA’s Technology Services division.
“Jodie’s innovation and technology expertise, coupled with her transportation and project management experience, make her an ideal candidate to help lead the Columbus Regional Airport Authority in 2020 and beyond,” said President & CEO Joe Nardone, to whom Jodie will report. “We are excited to have her on board.”
Originally from central Ohio, Bare has overseen various departments in an array of organizations including IT, support/services, sales, finance, human resources, production, project management, manufacturing and delivery. Prior to joining CRAA, most recently she was the Director of Data and Innovation for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada and was previously part of the Smart Columbus management team.
