JAS rebrands Tigers and launches JAS Contract Logistics

Jan 11, 2023

JAS Worldwide has announced that Tigers is now operating under the JAS Worldwide name and brand.

The rebranding follows the acquisition of Tigers by JAS Worldwide in May 2021, which broadened its range of logistics services by adding omnichannel supply chain management capabilities, supported by advanced digital solutions, which help customers ramp up their B2B and B2C fulfillment operations.

Over the past 18 months, clients have experienced the benefits of JAS' vast global network and extensive knowledge of specialized industries, combined with Tigers' expertise in contract logistics and advanced digital solutions. This has allowed JAS to provide its customers with an even greater range of solutions to meet the customers’ supply chain and shipping needs.

JAS will continue to build a responsive and innovative company that offers customers higher levels of service, broader solutions, and a strong global network. JAS remains committed to investing in new technologies and infrastructure, including new superhubs being established worldwide.

Over the last four decades, JAS has experienced exponential growth based on the energy and vision of its founder Mr. Biagio Bruni. JAS prides itself on delivering the comprehensive services of a global provider while simultaneously maintaining a personal relationship with each of its customers. Today, the company still embraces its regional roots but has expanded its footprint across the world. It now serves customers in every region, industry, and vertical, with clients having access to best-in-class service and tailor-made solutions that meet the needs of today's complex market.

"As we move forward, we are excited about the opportunities presented to customers and employees alike. As the need for contract logistics continues to grow, these capabilities, combined with our global footprint, will allow JAS to meet the needs of today's market while maintaining a focus on strong customer relationships," commented Marco Rebuffi, CEO of JAS Worldwide.

“This represents the final step in the successful integration of Tigers into the JAS organization. We are thrilled by opportunities that have emerged when joining forces and can be seen in the launch of our initial phase of new JAS Contract Logistics superhubs in the USA, Australia, and China, as well as the deployment of new technology and automation, underlining the commitment of the JAS group to this new line of business,” JAS Contract Logistics co-chairs and EVPs Shahar Ayash and Sebastian Tschackert added.
