Stonemont, an Atlanta-based private real estate investment firm, and Iron Point Partners announced today that Topline Logistics Center is now 100% leased following a full-building, 457,217-square-foot lease. The Class A industrial facility is located in Ocala, Florida, directly off of I-75.
Topline Logistics Center sits within a key logistics cluster in the Ocala Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), offering efficient access to regional and national transportation networks. The property benefits from proximity to a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon and FedEx, and features 36’ clear heights, 110 trailer parking spaces, four drive-in doors, and an expansive 185-foot truck court.
“Ocala’s central location and strong connectivity continue to support sustained demand for modern industrial space,” said Avery Dorr, vice president at Stonemont. “Topline Logistics Center is positioned within a key logistics corridor, and this full-building lease reflects the market’s preference for well-located assets that support long-term operational needs.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Managing Directors Jared Bonshire and David Perez, Senior Director Taylor Zambito, and Director Ryan Hubbard represented Stonemont in the deal.
