Hong Kong to allow arrivals of non-residents from May 1

Hong Kong will allow arrivals of non-residents from overseas starting May 1, according to a government statement.

Boarding, quarantine and testing rules will be the same as for Hong Kong residents. The government will also ease the flight suspension mechanism rules.
