Hapag-Lloyd Germany & Central Europe equipment shortage 40´GP & HC update

Due to ongoing unforeseeable operational challenges, Hapag-Lloyd still faces an extremely tight equipment situation, affecting Container Depots in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Hapag-Lloyd's aim is to support all confirmed Export bookings but it might come to booking cancellations in individual cases.Hapag-Lloyd expects the situation to remain extremely tight over the next weeks.

Hamburg Depots: 40´GP booking stop for empty pick up until February 12, 2021

Hapag-Lloyd continues to encourage you to continue placing bookings of 40´HC electronically because only then Hapag-Lloyd have full system visibility about equipment and space availabilityand can support you with best possible solution, if needed. Pure phone information via Customer Service booking desk/Sales contact is not feasible.
