Gulftainer (GT) has launched its second bonded Dry Port in Sajaa to strengthen the UAE’s logistics backbone, and to bring smarter, faster, more connected logistics solutions to businesses across the country and beyond.

Strategically positioned between Sharjah and Khorfakkan Port— just 90 kilometres apart— the Sajaa Bonded Dry Port offers unmatched proximity, multimodal connectivity, and scalable storage, enabling customers to move cargo with greater efficiency and reduced turnaround times.

The 70-hectare strategic Logistics Hub in the UAE features a fully interlocked yard of 50,000 square metre, modern warehousing of 5,000 square metre, bulk & container storage of 30,000 square metre, with direct road links to UAE ports, bringing cargo to customer’s doorstep.

Farid Belbouab, Group CEO of Gulftainer, said: “At Gulftainer, we are not just building future-ready facilities— we are engineering the future of regional and global trade, where resilience meets innovation and growth drives connections. This new facility, Sajaa Bonded Dry Port, represents another step forward in Gulftainer’s commitment to enhancing supply chain resilience, supporting regional trade, creating a more connected and agile logistics ecosystem in the UAE, catering to evolving customer needs.”

Sajaa Bonded Dry Port is designed to serve as a gateway for Northern Emirates, manufacturing zones, and distribution hubs, providing seamless last-mile connectivity, cold storage solutions, manufacturing hub access, future rail connection, port compatibility, and direct cargo movement to key trade corridors.
