Goncharov appointed head of industrial projects at 3PL GROUP

Ilya Goncharov is playing a leading and critical role in the reputable Scandinavian company 3P Logistics Group in the heart and capital of the world logistics – Denmark.

3P Logistics Group headquarters in Denmark, the group has 8 offices in Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Ilya Goncharov has successfully completed many significant projects in Europe.

Ilya Goncharov is a project logistics expert and leader with more than 12 years of experience and a unique world-class business approach. Project logistics is the highest level in logistics of the world and Goncharov belongs to 0,1 % of people in logistics of the world.

In October 2024 Ilya Goncharov received an international award AXL "The Oscars" in project logistics:

Only 160 people in the world have this unique award. The winners’ celebration took place in Antwerp, Belgium, on October 10, 2024, during the international exhibition Antwerp XL.

The judges were looking for the top forty breakbulk, project cargo and heavy lift professionals under the age of 40 from all over the world who, thanks to their excellence and commitment, are making a real difference to their organization or to the wider industry. AXL 40 Under 40 celebrates the professionals who have either achieved greatness and have made significant contributions to the sector.

Winners received VIP status at AntwerpXL, where a special drinks reception and networking event were held in their honour.

Ilya Goncharov has been working at 3PL GROUP since 2022. Joined 3P LOGISTICS at the beginning of 2022 in Estonia, then continued in Denmark.

During this time, the 3p logistics Industrial Projects has achieved historic increases in completed significant projects.
