FlexiVan promotes Anderbery to General Counsel & Head of Compliance

FlexiVan Leasing, LLC (FlexiVan) has announced the promotion of Katelin Anderbery to General Counsel & Head of Compliance. In this role, Katelin will oversee all legal and compliance matters for the company, continuing to drive strategic initiatives that support FlexiVan’s operations and long-term growth.

A seasoned legal professional with 13 years of in-house and corporate counsel experience, Katelin is licensed to practice law in Arizona. She began her career at Jenkins & Kling in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to the Phoenix area in 2014. She then served as a corporate and transactional attorney at Rosette, LLP, advising federally-recognized tribal governments across the United States. In 2020, she transitioned to in-house counsel at General Logistics Systems US, Inc., headquartered in San Ramon, California.

Katelin joined FlexiVan in September 2021 as Senior Legal Counsel. In December 2023, she was promoted again to Vice President of Legal and Compliance, taking the lead in managing the company’s legal department along with overseeing all litigation, lobbying, contracting, and compliance matters. Her contributions have been widely recognized, and in March 2024, she was honored with the "Up and Comer" award at the Arizona Corporate Counsel Awards.

In addition to her role at FlexiVan, Katelin is actively involved in the legal and maritime communities. She currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel, Arizona Chapter, and is an active member of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL), the Women’s General Counsel Network (WGCN), and the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA).
