Experienced logistics leader joins Thermo-Transit Group as new CEO

Thermo-Transit Group, a leading temperature-controlled logistics provider in Scandinavia, today announces the of Mirza Sabanovic as its new CEO, effective June 30, 2025.

Mirza brings over 25 years of international and Scandinavian experience in logistics and transportation. He joins Thermo-Transit from DFDS and before that NTEX AS where he is widely recognized for his hands-on leadership style, strong operational expertise, and ability to build customer-driven, high-performing teams.

Mirza moved to Norway at the age of 12 and has lived there for more than three decades. He brings a deep understanding of both Nordic markets and international logistics operations.

Former CEO Jens Sode has decided to pursue new career opportunities but will remain with the company as Advisor to CEO until the end of 2025 to ensure continuity during the transition.
