Exclusive EDA data now available to insurance customers through Fusable’s Central Analysis Bureau platform

Mar 31, 2026

Fusable, a leader in data-driven solutions for the transportation, agriculture and construction industries, has announced its EDA data is now available to the insurance market for the first time through its Central Analysis Bureau (CAB) platform, the industry standard for risk underwriting in commercial trucking. The introduction of this proprietary financial activity data provides insurers with unprecedented visibility into fleet operations in a single, centralized hub.

“For more than a decade, the motor carrier insurance industry has faced persistent profitability challenges, with loss ratios trending over 100%. This imbalance has been exacerbated by the growing number of fleet operators evading regulatory accountability and carrying hidden risk,” said Shuie Yankelewitz, CAB’s Chief Product Officer at Fusable. “By providing access to our historical, exclusive EDA data typically used by our equipment and transportation clients for prospecting and market share scoping, we provide insurance underwriters with the transparency they need to uncover liabilities, accurately assess risk, prevent premium leakage and preserve premium that would have otherwise gone unrealized.”

Leveraging decades of data from its EDA platform, Fusable’s financial activity data from all 50 states exposes financial relationships between entities that were previously invisible. This helps insurers spot chameleon behavior by providing greater visibility into operational links, shell entities or shared networks that increase exposure to risk.

Integrating these new inputs with CAB’s longstanding data sources — including safety violations, insurance history and DOT ratings alongside TruckerCloud’s extensive real-time telematics activity — the platform empowers users to surface deeper, more accurate insights from a unified, multi-dimensional platform. This expanded foundation gives insurers the confidence that their underwriting, safety evaluations, and risk detection are grounded in complete and verified information, enabling underwriters to more effectively identify, manage, and mitigate risk across their portfolios.
