ECU Worldwide strengthens its leadership team in Latin America with key appointments

ECU Worldwide, Allcargo Logistics’ wholly-owned global subsidiary and the global leader in LCL consolidation, has announced the appointment of Pedro Custodio as its Cluster Head for the Argentina Region which also includes Paraguay and Uruguay, the other two key markets. In addition, the company has appointed over 10 sales professionals at various levels to further strengthen its business development in the Latin America (LATAM).

The appointment of Pedro is in line with ECU Worldwide’s strategy to strengthen its leadership position in LATAM to leverage emerging opportunities and accelerate business growth. In this role, Pedro will chart the next phase of evolution for ECU Worldwide in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. He will be based out of Buenos Aires and will report to Erie Babatsias, who manages South America region.

Pedro brings to ECU Worldwide two decades of resourceful NVOCC business development experience both at the global and corporate levels in the LATAM region. He has previously served in various senior leadership positions in prominent cargo consolidation companies. Before joining ECU Worldwide, Pedro served as Managing Director - Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay Cluster at Charter Link Logistics LATAM.
