DriverReach introduces automated drip marketing campaign feature, cadence

Indianapolis, IN - DriverReach, a mobile-enabled applicant tracking system for hiring CDL drivers, today announces the release of Cadence, an automated email marketing drip campaign tool. The add-on feature can be paired with any tier of DriverReach’s subscription services and, now through March 31st, DriverReach customers can take advantage of the special pricing offer of $250 per month for unlimited campaigns.

“We’re on a mission to help driver recruiters build relationships, convert leads, hire faster and be more productive,” said DriverReach CEO Jeremy Reymer. “Manually sending email campaign communications to driver candidates is incredibly burdensome and painstaking, but constant nurturing is critical for differentiating a company from others during the hiring process. This pain point is why we truly believe Cadence will be a game-changer for recruiters.”

Without an automated tool like Cadence, recruiters have to send emails manually, a cumbersome task that allows for human error when trying to cultivate interest from prospective employees. Now, carriers can utilize a user-friendly platform to create impactful conversations with potential drivers. Cadence also provides customers with relevant reports including click-through-rates, opens and other engagement metrics for specific emails, so it’s easy to learn what works for a particular audience and optimize future campaigns.

“Cadence makes sure we effectively communicate with drivers, so no driver is left behind,’’ said Contracted Driver Services Chief Marketing Officer, April Ray. “We have used the automation of drip campaigns and auto-responders to guide drivers through a self-service hiring process. Since implementing Cadence, our recruiters are able to effectively use their time to help the drivers that need it most.”

DriverReach strives to eliminate friction in the hiring process by incorporating new features and functionality. Ensuring customers are prepared to communicate with clients in a multitude of ways to generate meaningful conversations increases hiring efficiency, and Cadence does just that.
